  1. SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SALES LEAD
  2. The Software Solutions Sales Leader will lead the sale team to accelerate software and services sales to new and existing customers. You will bring to this role the demonstrated ability and desire to drive enterprise class software solutions that allow customers to better manage and enhance the profitability of their business. You will have exceptional outcome selling skills and a curiosity to understand business models, markets & operational profile

    Job Description

    The Software Sales Lead role will be responsible for accelerating software and services sales growth in and across West Africa. You will bring to this role the demonstrated ability and desire to drive transformational customer software solutions that allow customers to better manage and enhance the profitability of their business.

    As our new Software Solutions Sales Lead, you will have exceptional outcome selling skills and a curiosity to understand business models, markets and operational profiles. You will be able to establish a deep understanding of our customers/prospects’ most important business outcomes. The position requires exceptional executive influencing skills with C-level decision-makers to drive new thinking about how they run their business. In addition, as our new Software Solutions Sales Leader

    you are expected to bring the following:

    • > Bring deep outcome selling experience and skills to this role to establish and lead the company’s outcome selling approach at each of our strategic customers to drive growth in orders, sales and operating profit.
    • > Establish and lead outcome selling account planning process with each strategic account to establish a deep understanding of their business outcomes and needs, and align and quantify our value proposition with our customer’s/prospects’ specific business outcomes.
    • > Work closely with our respective OEMs and Strategic Partners different to establish and lead customer engagement at the C-level to introduce our vision, link customer business objectives to KPI and align KPI to measureable outcomes and quantifiable value.
    • > Establish and drive critical milestones and align our sales, services, support teams and executives with the correct decision-makers and influencers across our customers’
    • > Meet assigned quarterly and yearly order, sales and strategic account objectives in the assigned territory.
    • > Provide feedback from customers, market knowledge and other insights gained to further enhance and improve our offerings.

    Major personal performance objectives and expectations for this role in the first 6months will include:

    1. Define strategic customers;
    2. Close a substantial number of deals in a manner that shows a new way of outcome based selling;
    3. Define business cases and repeatable processes.

    Qualifications and Skills Requirements

    • > A good University Degree in Information Technology, Marketing or Business Studies. A Master’s Degree in any related discipline will be an advantage.
    • > A minimum of Eight years of related sales experience in the IT industry - preferably software sale.
    • > Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
    • > Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, including online and social media marketing.
    • > Excellent oral and written communication skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
    • > Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
    • > Experience with CRM/Sales Management tools such as Salesforce & Hubspot will definitely be a plus..
    • > Very good understanding and experience in solution selling and consultative selling (value based selling).
    • > Capable of developing business with existing and new customers
    • > 3 years of digital marketing experience and a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of marketing (both online and offline).
    • > Motivated by a very strong commission structure based on successful closed sales.
  3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUTIVES
  4. Business Development Executives to market its hardware and software solutions across West Africa. The BDE’s core job objective is to maintain a balance between achieving sales and revenue targets, while also ensuring that customer expectations on cost, functionality and quality are met.

    To achieve sales targets, the successful candidate would work independently with minimal supervision for an attractive commission. In addition, a fixed monthly allowance shall be provided to cover parts of logistics.

    Job Description

    • > Source and generate sale leads and prospects
    • > Attending initial online sales meetings and meeting prospective clients
    • > Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products/solutions being considered are suitable
    • > Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client's needs
    • > Answering any technical questions the client might have
    • > Presenting your findings to a team to act on, and then to the client
    • > Convert leads and prospects to opportunities.
    • > Generate sales proposals and close sales.
    • > Other duties may be assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills Requirements

    • > A minimum of first degree or its equivalent. Previous experience in IT, sales/marketing is an added advantage.
    • > Experience with CRM/Sales Management tools such as Salesforce & Hubspot will definitely matter.
    • > Digital marketing experience and a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of marketing (both online and offline).
    • > A driven and self-motivated person with excellent selling skills.
    • > Good written and communication skills with the ability of knowing when to close Sales deal and target driven.
    • > Excellent presentation skills with the ability to write reports and proposals.
    • > Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, time management skills and Results orientation
    • > Well organized and a diligent The ability to manage your time and plan yourself effectively.
    • > Strong negotiation and analytical skills to translate business requirements into solutions.
    • > Motivated by a very strong commission structure based on successful closed sales.
